Délais de traitement et production

Turn around times are presently around 1-2 weeks, on march 2023.

Turn around times vary according to the season. For the fall and winter season, they are around 3-4 weeks. For the rest of the year, they are around 1-2 weeks, according to  the demand.

Tote bags: turn around times may vary between from 3 to 6 weeks according to the colours in stock and the delivery delays of the cord. Please contact us for any question regarding the colours in stock.

Livraison et retours

All orders are shipped via Purolator with or without signature. You will have the option once you added the item in your cart.

 

For Purolator orders WITH signature:

If you are away upon delivery, you will have 5 days to go pick up your package or it will be returned back to us. You will then have to pay extra shipping fees for us to send you back the package.

 

 

For Purolator orders WITHOUT signature:

The package will be left at your home if your are away. Please note that the package has no insurance in case of stealing. Creations Manufique nor Purolator is responsible in case of a stolen package.
